1. What kind of experience do you have leading?
I've been playing the game long enough to know what to do, I know that i have to be open to suggestions from the squad, However, I believe that some nice changes must be done to how people lead their squads, since most there are people who assign people to squad lead, and the squad do not do as commanded.
2. Why do you want to lead?
I want improve the squad tactics and decision making, I want the squad to follow orders without questioning, I want the squad to be part of a military outfit, not a part of trolls, and un organized outfit.
3. How do you handle stress and heated situations?
I make sure that everyone is doing their job how it should be done, and by straighten them up when they shit their pants under stress.
4. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems?
Yes, and the way I do that is to make sure that my squad is following orders.
5. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts?
I am planning to scream at them and make them reason why in the world they think they are right. I will make them tell me with exactitude, why should the entire squad listen to his/her suggestion over mine, and let me make the final decision. Other wise I would talk to the leader of the outfit and tell him that certain person is not following the rules, and is running the squad without permission.
6. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2?
8.5 out 10 (planning to improve)
7. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10
8.5 out 10 (planning to improve)
8. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR?
To make the squad know the value of their outfit, know the value of their brothers in squad and to know the value of committing to the end to follow orders. Be part of a brotherhood or soldiers, not sissies.
9. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position?
TXR will want me because some people in this squad just like to do as they want and do not appreciate the value of brotherhood and organization.
10. Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership?
Yes
