Is there a Outfit or Battle Rank requirement to join the {Ground Pounders}?
No. All ranks and levels of experience are welcome in the {Ground Pounders}
Are there any requirements at all to join the {Ground Pounders}?
You must pass the proficiency test
{Ground Pounders} Rules and Regulations:
1) Look to your left. Now look to your right. You must be willing to sacrifice yourself to keep that man alive at all times. If that man is at point, you cover his back, make sure NOTHING clips him from behind. If you are at point, you make sure nothing breaks you to get the medic behind you.
2) The word of your Squad leader and Platoon leader are LAW. Effective operation requires rapid execution of every order without hesitation. You must be able to carefully listen and execute all orders in a timely fashion.
3){Ground Pounders} is a no nonsense squad. When we are in scheduled, serious operations all communications in game or over Comms MUST be operationally and situationally relevant. All standard Comms etiquette rules must be observed at all times.
4) You must know your call sign at all times. If necessary apply stick note to your computer screen to remember. If a squad leader calls for Alpha Six to take back C point, you must immediately know that is you.
5) The MAP is the Platoon leaders job, the way point is your job. Use the map as a tool to plan your next attack route to the way point, or to execute your Squad Leaders orders. DO NOT, EVER, use your map to see what forces are back capping or closing in around us. It creates fear and panic, these are things you know not of. You feel most at home when we are at least 20 hexes away from connected territory. You relish being the sole red dot in a see of blue and purple.
