That's an outfit leader thing, considering its outfit squad v squad. I think those with stars will need to decide on it.
Now if you want to work for them I do believe they need to fill some slots(camera man, video editor, graphic artist...) go apply for that and make these guys awesome.

I wrote in an app for forum moderator with the explicit fact I don't know any code or how to make forums just willing to moderate and read posts.
