Hey guys, I will also put in the other pieces i have done in this series.

(Mantra of the Light Assault)
Welcome Cadets, to your first day at jump school. This is an informal briefing as I am sure you are all chomping at the bit to start and that is in part how you were able to join the Light Assault Division of the Republic Military. Now repeat the Light Assault Mantra with me, it will be in your blood and part of your soul soon enough.

I am Light Assault
I am first to the fight.
With shotgun or carbine or C4
I am Death from Above.
The Lab, the Station,
The Plant, the Tower,
These are my playgrounds.
I feel no fear
Of any unit or vehicle.

These words were first immortalized by one 'Swatz' who is already fighting across the continents *bszzzt...bszzzt...bszzzt* and I suggest you take them to heart as we have reached our first drop coordinates today. Check your jumpacks aaand DROP! DROP! DROP!

God Damn Vanu, God Damn NC, and God Damn High Command. If it isn't one hellhole its another, they are all the same. Today we were again transferred to Indar, dropped in near Quartz Ridge, and God only knows how that place is still standing after we were done with it. Technological advances my sandy ass. We were stuck pounding that worthless pile of rubble for the last 18 hours and lost more resources in the process than I could hope to earn in 3 lifetimes. Braxton and Myles went awol, didn't see them after the 3rd hour but I know my duty and a good thing they lased that into my head during basic.

Duty to one's squad and platoon.
A soldier's duty is to the line and the objective.
The Heavy Assault holds the line shoulder to shoulder
Always aiming for the objective.
Honor to your squadmates, Honor to your leaders.
Respect for those that support and stand the line.
Always return to the fight,
Let the enemy fear the tread of your boot.

Yeah they want to talk about honor, all the honor I have is the guys with me, Giggles our Max, Blades and Ton the Medics, and Danny the young kid learning to be an Engineer. Those guys, my squadmates, and Betsy my trusty launcher, those are the only ones I have honor for. As to duty, yeah I'll do mine, never fear.

In lieu of this report High Command has directed the distribution of further moral boosting documents to further improve the battle efficiency of operatives in the field. As follows:

Stealth, Misdirection, Disruption
These are the strengths of an infiltrator.
Either from afar sniping or near with a blade
Always an infiltrator gains the upper hand with surprise.
The ability to out flank the enemy and change their direction
Allows others of the unit to gain the upper hand.
Most powerful of all, able to work deep behind enemy lines
To hack out terminals and turrets, to disrupt the enemy's supply lines.
Stealth, Misdirection, Disruption; powers unending.

Aside:
Agent Hallafax is currently working deep undercover behind enemy lines and is only able to transmit action reports and target analysis on a sporadic basis; as such contact was unable to be established at the time of this directive. Hallafax if and when you are able to review this document know and believe that the full support of the TXR is with you.

Damn I feel like such a hypocrite, but like his subliminal I must follow the Oath. Never thought it would come to this back as a med student.
