So recently, I've been asked by one or two people in TxR for more of a personal training in 1 v 1 dogfigting situation where sometimes enemy in the battlefield could have the same number or even bigger number than us. I've trained several people and realized some very good potential from TxR member who weren't wearing skywatch badge yet. Some of the things that I would be teaching people personally are: - Figure of "8" hover around big rocks or building
- Basic and Advance form of reverse maneuver
- Situation awareness (how to pick your engagement)
- How to run away effectively from AA weapons
- 1 v 1 dogfighting using nosegun and afterburner only (no lock-on missiles)
If anyone is interested about it, just put your name below or poke me into teamspeak and we will do the training as soon i have the time to do it.

Laist knows his stuff, he's a very valuable member of skywatch. If he's got the time for one-on-ones and you are looking for more attention than I can give during thursday night air training, you should definitely consider taking him up on this.

Well, hopefully I'll be around this Thursday then!
I've actually noticed a lot of my weaker points come from A2A combat.

Thanks, but I don't need any training in running the fuck away. It's just innate in all creatures.

I'd like to consider my self a fairly advanced pilot but, im always open to suggestions and new ideas from skilled pilots. I'm interested in what you've got to show Laist. Will you be on for tonights Wed Night Ops?

Will you be on for tonights Wed Night Ops? Yeah, I'll be there for the ops tonight. If mags is available it'll be easier for us to stick together and cover each other, otherwise it will be a bit more general since I might need to do the air squad lead that picture I love it, and also laist I could use some help dodging Guided missiles in general. Use flares and if it doesn't work, ram the ESF and then message him "fuck off you slutty cunt" The first changes to A2A lock-ons were generally a nerf to tomcat and coyotes weren't that powerful or at least when it was on PTS, but now in live servers, A2A mechanics were buffed overall rather than being nerfed. As a result, connery's air is more polluted with "beep beep beep" than ever
