1. What kind of experience do you have leading?
I've been in the military for 7 years, I lead about 15 people right this minute.
2. Why do you want to lead?
I stay level headed enough to know when to attack and when to regroup.
3. How do you handle stress and heated situations?
Yes, see answer to question number 1.
4. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems?
This is always a problem in any group/squad/plat/etc. Some people feel that they could do a better job. Usually the people whom want to lead, do a very poor job at it. Usually, not always the case. Though, I guess it's a double standard because I'm here huh? That said, with my guys, I take into considerations and evaluate what's best for the group as a whole before making a decision.
5. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts?
I guess I answered that with number 4.
6. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2?
on a scale of 1-10? I'd say 6.5 honestly. I'm still learning. I feel I've learned quite a bit over the last few weeks though.
7. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10
My guys would either tell you a 2 out of 10 or a 8 out 10 depending on whom you ask. In rating my self i'd say probably about an 8.
8. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR?
My philosophy when it comes to leadership is to never tell someone to do something that I've wouldn't do or have never done. Or if that has to be done, explain that I don't have much knowledge in the order I'm giving. I think people appreciate someone who is willing to follow orders and has followed orders and is the one that is now giving them.
9. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position?
I have a good attitude and am fun loving as hell. This reflects in the way I lead as well.
10. Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership?
Absolutely.
