If you've only heard rumors so far, here's a first draft of how rebooted competitive play is going to work. www.planetside-universe.com/p-community-clash-rules-135.htmThanks go out to GhostHawk6 who pointed this out to me. We're almost certainly going to make the cut to participate in this, and we damn sure better be ready. Maybe it's about time we restarted training...

Torkz said they will be kicking off season 1 during the MLG stream this weekend and teams will be welcome to sign up after that.
We definitely need to be on top of this to avoid getting left out.
I'm also jazzed about the 24 vs 24 instead of 48 vs 48. Not only will we not have to rely on MERCs to fill a full team, the amount of resources that can be devoted to air will be limited. We'll still need everyone to be able to pull mosquitoes and/or fly, but we shouldn't see the kind of air-focused fight that we saw during our last match.

It's not gonna be on the Nexus, either. The map was part of the reason for air dominance. Now, we're fighting over the regular territories we're familiar with (Indar's lane has 1 tech plant, Amerish has 2 ).
