3) Why do you want a Promotion?Power Progession
4) What’s your current In-Game Battle Rank? 54
5) Looking at your certifications page, what Infantry Class/Vehicle do you have the most percentage unlocked with? 35% Mossie
6) Tell me a Joke! Regular naps prevent old age, especially if you take them while driving.
2. Why do you want to lead? What motivates you? To see the fruits of my labor blossom into beauty.
3. Why should we trust you with our Squads/Platoons? I have never caused issues and I am on very friendly terms with key members from MERC and even pilots from enemy outfits.
4. How do you handle stress and heated situations? If it is a personal conflict that needs to be resolved 1 on 1 then I will suggest the two that are arguing to move to a different channel and handle it themselves.
5. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems? I believe I can, I don't like it when shit hits the fan so I will try everything to prevent that from happening.
6. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts? I'm not a prodigy by any means and I don't consider myself a guru with words, but as long as the conflict doesn't result in someone being injured or attacked I think the participants can handle it themselves.
7. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2? I'd view at as above average since I have a nice birds eye view of things in the air.
8. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10 - I think I am my harshest critic, but I have never had good luck with alerts when I have platoon lead. Sure, we may have won some, but I think I could have done more 6/10.
9. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR? Me.
10. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position? An active platoon leader and squad leader, that will volunteer to lead whenever he can.
11. Have you ever been a Guild(Clan, Outfit, Corporation, etc. pending on your gaming history) Leader, Officer, or a Event Organizer? I am in a unit in ARMA 2, United Operations, I regually lead Fire Teams or Squads, I enjoy the tactical experience there, and I think I will here too.
12. TXR Troopers have been taunting a fellow TXR for being a Brony, This Trooper has had enough and chosen to retaliate by team killing, not only fellow TXR but allied TR, even going as far as selling us out to the enemy. How do you deal with this situation? Why do you choose this path? If the trooper is being chastised by fellow outfits in a serious manner and if I have the power I will probably have them moved from the channel and talk to them and ask them why they are being an asshole, if the manner is not serious, or not easily identified I will recommend the 'Brony' to take a break or risk being expelled from the outfit.
13. Every Field Commander has there preference in battle strategy - Offensive, Defensive, Guerrilla play styles, or Infantry, Armor, Air force favorites. What’s your command style and why? I like the Guerrilla style the most, high maneuverability and fast strikes to batter the infantry lines, but I know not everyone sees that as the most fun tactic. I think I will do what is best for the platoon and try to create the most fun fight they could have.
14. Communications have broken down in your Platoon, the order to “Clear Comms” has been ignored and casual conversation is persisting, The battle your Platoon is in is very intense, your force is on the verge of defeat. What action do you take to convince people to get tactical and fight rather then talk? On ARMA if a clear comm order is not followed within 10 seconds It results in an instant 1 hour ban of the 'chatty kathy' I don't want to be as harsh and I see you guys as my friends, if you want to continue talking about useful stuff I will let you, but if you are talking about the guy you almost banged (totalzone this does not mean I don't love you) then I will recommend you shut the **** up.
16. Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership?
I do.
