1. Why do you want to lead? What motivates you?
I have been playing with this outfit since December and wish to become more involved with running the outfit.
2. Why should we trust you with our Squads/Platoons?
Because I listen to the advise of those around me and watch for the best opportunities to help and i want to do this while leading and make good decisions for the outfit.
3. How do you handle stress and heated situations?
By focusing on the problem and working to be as effective as possible.
4. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems?
I would like to think so, i set a standard and hold to it so i know where the line is and don't cross it.
5. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts?
Admittedly limited since i haven't seen many but as i treat everyone the same i don't see this being difficult to handle.
6. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2?
7, i know many of our tactics but i have limited myself to ground tactics and sundy deployment, armor and air tactics i have little experience with
7. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10
7, i feel that i am good but can always improve
8. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR?
While leading i believe that i must lead by example, meaning i must be confident and positive and these will be what i can contribute the most right now.
9. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position?
As i said above by leading confidently the people following my leadership will benefit from concise orders and a clear direction.
10. Have you ever been a Guild(Clan, Outfit, Corporation, etc. pending on your gaming history) Leader, Officer, or a Event Organizer?
No, this is actually the first game that i have played while being part of such a group.
11. TXR Troopers have been taunting a fellow TXR for being a Brony, This Trooper has had enough and chosen to retaliate by team killing, not only fellow TXR but allied TR, even going as far as selling us out to the enemy. How do you deal with this situation? Why do you choose this path?
First I need to pull the retaliator aside and get him to calm down, if he won't stop then i will kick him and put in a request for a ban for team killing, then i pull aside the instigators and dress them down for instigating this mess. This is a game to have fun, there is absolutely no reason to make someone feel bad for your own amusement. I remind the instigators of this and kick them if they continue.
12. Every Field Commander has there preference in battle strategy - Offensive, Defensive, Guerrilla play styles, or Infantry, Armor, Air force favorites. What’s your command style and why?
I prefer Guerrilla tactics, hit the enemy where they are weak stand where you are strong, always move fast and overwhelm the enemy, it is folly to give your opponent the opportunity to act.
13. Communications have broken down in your Platoon, the order to “Clear Comms” has been ignored and casual conversation is persisting, The battle your Platoon is in is very intense, your force is on the verge of defeat. What action do you take to convince people to get tactical and fight rather then talk?
I get their attention, tell them to shape up and give them clear directions to follow platoon orders.
15. Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership?
Yes, i am a leader and a role model for the rest of the outfit.
