**Warning** This is being written from my phone.
Not gonna faff around with this one. We were obviously dominating everything we went to without any opposition since we had about 75% of the population on Amerish. It wasn't until we got into the SCU at The Tech Lab that we saw anything from the enemy. Everything before that was pretty much "go to the point, wait, okay return to the gal" which we did quite effectivly with Beroken calling where he wanted the gal to come in with the extraction before the flip. While its a really good idea, it will be much more difficult when there are enemies around but it's worth continuing to do until it becomes too hard.
The switch in command, I felt, went rather smoothly which is to expected since we are Spec Ops and at this point we know exactly what each fire squad needs to do. We did mix it up this time and gave priority to defense, which I feel was a good move since as a Max I have a limited range and my Charge has a cool down placing me at the point as defense for the cappers went rather well. The use of Sundys was great, they were left behind the front lines and moved up gradually to keep us in the fight.
In terms of our leads, both Beroken and Kommander did an amazing job I feel, each with their own styles of play. Beroken with aggressive attacks and Kommander with sly tactics and speed. Each working to our advantage in the situations we were placed in.
There were two major fights I can think of; The hold of the Tech Plants SCU, and the massive Bio Lab against the Templar Outfit.
The Tech Plant fight was amazing, we held the point but there was the huge turn of the tides with their flank from the connected building and the room near the stairs. This was something we need to work on in the future. As a max I was concentrating on the three doors from their spawn room but then I started hearing lasers behind me but by then it was too late, they had enough in there that they wiped us out.
The Bio lab was more of a meat grinder and that was amazing! (No scat maxes) Templar gave us one hell of a fight and while it did give them time to push on their western front and for the NC to push to our warp gate, it was one of the best fights of the night in my book.
Sadly when we returned to Indar, I had to leave for the night so this AAR with be incomplete. If someone wants to post what happened after then please go right ahead.
From what I saw I think everyone did exactly what was expected of them, Kommander stepping up to help lead and relay orders to us and for that I say thank you. Silia thank you for rolling with us as your trial run.
I recorded the first 2 hours and I'll be condensing that into something useful in the next few days.
My totally irrelevant score: 5 cows out of 1 Tardis
