1. What kind of experience do you have leading?
While I don't have much experience in real life, I have done a good bit of leading in game in the mornings and for a bit in the afternoons.
2. Why do you want to lead?
I have always enjoyed RTS's, and while I usually am terrible at them, I see the fun in doing it and has been fun for the most part so far.
3. How do you handle stress and heated situations?
I try to stay level headed whenever possible.
4. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems?
I base the situations and the outcomes to what is happening, and act based on my conclusions on what could and what will work.
5. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts?
The few I have seen, they usually resolve themselves out, but if they do escalate so that others have to come in, I will try to step in.
6. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2?
About a 6 or 7 out of 10. I have a fair understanding of the basics and what will and will not work, but I still have things I can learn.
7. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10
I guess I would say an 8 since I have been doing it quite a bit with squads and sometimes small platoons and feel as though I know how to use them the best.
8. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR?
I try to use more new and more risky strategies as well as knowing and using all of the "regular" strategies.
9. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position?
I can bring a bit of "youth ideas" for you guys. If that's not wanted, I can also keep a level head in action and will try to be helping out any way I can.
10. Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership?
I fully understand the responsiblities.
