2. Why do you want to lead? What motivates you?
I like to see organization while I am playing, so if I can help, I will.
I like to be the best I can be, so practicing lots and working as a team is the key.
3. Why should we trust you with our Squads/Platoons?
I am a calm individual, with a strong sense of pride in his Outfit.
4. How do you handle stress and heated situations?
Always remain calm, never let the squad see you loose it, doesn't look good and they will start to lose respect for you.
5. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems?
That is the key to leadership, fixing the problem early before it becomes bigger, I have been a Exec Chef for 28 years, I know stress.
6. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts?
I have lots of experience with this.
7. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2?
About a 6/10, but I am learning every day.
8. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10
My leadership ability is about a 7/10, will go up as I learn more about the game.
9. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR?
A strong yet calm leadership style.
10. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position?
I have about 20+ years of experience in other online gaming communities.
11. Have you ever been a Guild(Clan, Outfit, Corporation, etc. pending on your gaming history) Leader, Officer, or a Event Organizer?
I was the Founder and Leader of {BYK} in Americas Army, One of the top 3 squads in the game in League and tournament play. Also made BR 100 in AA as well.
12. TXR Troopers have been taunting a fellow TXR for being a Brony, This Trooper has had enough and chosen to retaliate by team killing, not only fellow TXR but allied TR, even going as far as selling us out to the enemy. How do you deal with this situation? Why do you choose this path?
First I would remove the taunted player from the group and have a calming chat with him and let him know that him T/King is not permitted, he should have asked to talk to a leader before it got that far. Then there would be some firm words to the rest of the group, and to let them know when to stop before they cross the line.
13. Every Field Commander has there preference in battle strategy - Offensive, Defensive, Guerrilla play styles, or Infantry, Armor, Air force favorites. What’s your command style and why?
I am more of an offensive style player who uses any type of arsenal at my disposal.
14. Communications have broken down in your Platoon, the order to “Clear Comms” has been ignored and casual conversation is persisting, The battle your Platoon is in is very intense, your force is on the verge of defeat. What action do you take to convince people to get tactical and fight rather then talk?
First I would Raise my voice and deliver an ultimatum to the persistent chatter boxes, shut it or your going to be kicked from the platoon, the rest of us would like to win this battle. Are you a part of the team or not???
16. Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership?
Yes
3) Why do you want a Promotion?
I believe I would be an asset to TxR in a leadership role.
4) How active are you in recruiting new members for the outfit?
I am always chatting up the pubbies trying to get them to join, all my squads and platoons leads are open to the public.
5) Since you have entered Leadership what have you done to make TXR a better outfit?
I am just entering leadership, but my witty banter and charm is always good for fun and always remember (it is still just a game!)
6) What rank would you love to see yourself in eventually?
Not sure yet, but usually I go all the way to the top.
7) What ideas do you have to make Total Recoil better?
I would like to see if we could do more of the competitive play, good for the guys and good for recruitment.
NCO
