*TXR Code of Conduct*
It has been drawn to TXR leadership that a few individuals have been using offensive jokes and crude language in TeamSpeak that has made a few members of TXR uncomfortable.
First, Let me make myself Crystal clear, these types of CRUDE JOKES regarding Race, Sexuality, Religion, Politics and/or sensitive human historical events have no place at any time within our Outfit.
As members of TXR, you agreed to join us on the basis of showing mutual respect towards everyone and conducting yourselves in a mature and respectful manner. Crude and absurd jokes regarding the Jewish Holocaust have NO PLACE within our outfit.
The leaders of TXR want to encourage you guys to represent TXR with pride and respect. This is why we got featured on FNO’S and this is why we continuously strive as one of the strongest outfits on Connery. Good humored jokes are always welcomed and positive banter is always encouraged.
Please conduct yourselves maturely. Think before you speak. If you are second guessing yourself right before you are about to crack a joke that might be offensive to others then maybe you should keep it to yourself?
We do not want to hear of anymore incidents regarding these issues. Let’s learn from this and be aware of our actions and words gentlemen.
