-Takes initiative to Squad/Platoon Lead when available
everytime, all the time
-Must have Spawn Beacon to at least 4th rank
maxed squad beacon
-Must have Certed into squad leading items: Smoke and Offensive/Defensive requests
100% certed into leadership
-Works well with peers
I have yet to beat anyone up yet
-Demonstrates a working knowledge of game mechanics and strategy
Leading in this game is a challenge but I learn from other leaders and every encounter. The game changes every 2-3 weeks with updates but I feel I'm improving and will only get better with time and experience.
-Able to quickly implement orders and delegate effectively
Yes people follow my orders. I'm working on improving the motivational aspect and strategy to be successful.
-Must be willing to learn and take constructive criticism
I seek this out and am always open to learning
