I think your a decent guy, I want to get to know you first and see how you play, Mags can formally accept you and you will good to go. The couple times I saw you on Ts you were either afk, not talking or talking too loud/excitedly about random non ps2 stuff during OP hours. In Skywatch we only call out targets and help each other out. I want you to attend Sunday night training (your free to attend FNO) so that we can teach you the basics and how to effectively call out targets.

I've got some minor concerns over comms discipline. That's not unique in this outfit (I run my mouth a bit too much sometimes, too), but during ops we're definitely about the business of winning. Come fly with us Sunday night and we'll take it from there.

Good to have you on tonight, I don't see any real problems with your comms discipline - you were a little unsure about what is pertinent information, but you stayed on topic and that's just fine by me. I'll add you to the roster.
