1) What other games have you played besides PlanetSide 2?
Tons, but as to games relevant to this one, I am coming from a long time spent playing battlefield games (non-competitively) and WoW (competitive raiding/pvp environment).
2) Which class do you prefer to play?
Right now I've been dividing my time between Medic and Heavy Assault, leaning more towards Heavy when soloing. I actually enjoy playing the guy behind the lines keeping everyone topped off as a medic, so long as the people I'm healing are being useful. My Med-Gun is maxed out.
I kind of suck with vehicles right now but that'll be what I work on next. I hate flying so probably will never pursue that. Infantry is definitely my preferred playstyle.
3) What will your in-game name be?
BixN00D (two zeroes)
4) Where did you hear about us?
Friday Night Ops
5) What outfits were you apart of?
None
6) What caused you to leave your old outfit?
n/a
7) What made you decide to apply to Total Recoil?
I loved watching the stream of you guys playing on Friday Night Ops, and believe an organized playstyle is necessary to get the most out of this game. I have no problem following orders and would always rather be part of a coherent strategy than farm certs all day.
8) What do you expect from Total Recoil?
I expect to be among a group of like-minded gamers who put the needs of the outfit and its goals above their own personal in-game ambitions. Nothing annoys me more than selfishness in a team game.
I also expect that we will lose fights, and be utterly crushed by zergs occasionally. I would hope that in those situations people are able to keep a cool head and continue to follow orders rather than drift off to go solo. I also hope that leadership is more than throwing a waypoint on a map and hoping for the best, but from watching Friday Night Ops that's not something I'm worried about.
9) Do you have a problem with having Teamspeak as your in game communications?
No, I have a mic and have TS installed. I haven't actively used it in years, as the groups I've ran with have always used either Ventrilo or Mumble, but have no problem using it.
