Would have rather seen it end with Beric Dondarrion stumbling across a certain dead person. I don't want to see Dany liberating Ewok village after the act. I want to see those damn dragons spit hot fire. Expect the next season to start out with Lady Stoneheart, Joff's death at the Purple Wedding, and Tywin's death at the hand of Tyrion I just think they should have ended the season on at least one of these events.

FYI, we know have a thread for posts such as this Hereticus.
This was actually the first episode I watched all season (but I know what is going on). I felt it was a weak season finale. The series, as a whole, suffers from pacing. There are episodes which are an explosion of plot, and then episodes where they pump the brakes for character development (which granted, is necessary) and nothing really happens. This episode had a lot of steam built up from the Red Wedding that they essentially did nothing with.

I didnt expect a lot from the last episode but was happy with several events ( Please note: I have not read the books, and only recently became endeared to this show ). And this was mostly due to the evident fact that GOT does the " HOLY SHITBALLS WTF JUST HAPPENED " or " THAT WAS FREAKING AWESOME " episode 9 of each season. That said, my noteworthy moments:
The reunited moment between Cersei and Jamie seemed like any awkward time you bumped into someone you knew and didnt want to bump into. Bad acting? downplay? Dunno.. She's going to be pissed that he's got a new girlfriend, methinks!
Sam bumping into the last of the Stark boys just seems a bit coincidental to me. Glad to find out he didn't lose all the Obsidian whytewalker killing devices!! OH wait, their gone again! Great! Wouldnt want Castle black to have any of those! Sam is turning out to be one of my favorite 5 characters tho! Coward indeed!
Sister Grayjoy always had more balls and brains than her Brother, and now it's truer than in the past! I like that she wants to save her brother, but that seems like a tall order?? Defiance to that old Ironborn stickuphisass? yes please! OH, and the scene where torturer was eating the sausage in front of Theon.. PRICE WAITFORIT LESS! Awesome acting!
Arya Stark... Her first kill.. Hopefully she's going to join that sith academy and become a killer. That's been my prediction for 5 eps now..
I'm most likely going to read the entire series now before the next season, and answer all my own questions. I didnt learn the downside to doing this when I read every Walking Dead episode after season 2, but I'd do it again anyway.

The problem with reading the Walking Dead is that the television show is a piece of shit.

I'm pretty stoked for next season. Having read the books, there is a certain event (If you've read it, you know the event I'm talking about.) that I was hoping they'd close on, in a sort of one-two punch to really bring some closure to that season and make it feel like the playing field had been completely leveled.
That being said I'm sure said event will bring the inverse of what the last one did as far as reactions go. Looking forward to it.
Minor spoilers in the video. Nothing specific is shown, but the reactions can be a tad telling.
