So, who's actually got the over-inflated ego to apply for a promotion? Me, apparently.
1) Which rank are you requesting?
Lt. Commander
2) Do you meet the outlined criteria for your Promotion (copy and paste the specific requirements)?
-Must have Served in the Outfit for at least 4 months [App Approved Nov 19, 2012]
-Trusted as a Specialty Squad/Division Captain [Current Commander of Skywatch]
-Represents TXR effectively in Global Command Chat [What's that keybind again? ;-)]
-Actively works at diplomacy with other outfits [Improving my efforts here]
-Must Actively Recruit for the Outfit [Yes]
-Has earned a position as a Specialty Squad/Division Sergeant [Yes-ish]
-Organizes Special Events for the outfit [Yes]
-Able to teach others and has highest knowledge of game mechanics and strategy [Yes and mostly]
-Able to quickly implement orders and delegate effectively [Yes]
-(Mandatory) Special Commendation or Recommendation from at least 3 Superiors [Not to my knowledge]
-Must apply for Leadership Promotion [Previously Approved]
3) Why do you want a Promotion?
Aside from my raw lust for amassing power? Honestly just as a formality to put me on par with the other division leaders rank-wise (if that matters at all to anyone). I've not felt limited by my NCO rank, to be honest. Maybe I just really like the Star icon in TS (when I can stay connected...)

5) Looking at your certifications page, what Infantry Class/Vehicle do you have the most percentage unlocked with?
Engineer/Heavy Assault - Mosquito/Liberator. Solid certs into Prowler and Max.
