As a result of the latest patch, the medic gun dynamics are a big change and will catch you unaware if you jump into the game (especially OPS!):
RIGHT click is REVIVE. LEFT click is HEAL.

Haven't had a chance to try it yet. I never had a problem with the medic gun in PS2, so I didn't know this was a problem that needed to be fixed.

I guess players were accidentally killing each other trying to heal with the pistol instead of a medical applicator.... I suppose it might of been a problem but of all the things they could of fixed in the game this is rather trivial?
Priorities?

This changes is more of a quality of life improvement and I love this new system. and I'm saying this as someone who plays medic primarily in live and in competitive. So many times, you want to rez your team mates and someone will be idiotic enough to stand on top of him, resulting in you healing the guy and not reviving your team

One of the problems with this new system is that you don't immediately start healing someone as they get up. Sometimes a person dies in a doorway or window and they need that immediate healing to stay alive long enough to get out of the enemies LoS.
Overall, I like the new system. It is easier to revive in 48+vs48+ fights.
