1. Explain how do you meet the following requirements:
Ive been in this outfit since beta, back when EP joined up with TxR, thats right i came over with alphaprime
. I have alright people skills, and my story telling has definitely improved since joining TxR. Ive lead platoons in large scale attacks, along with small ops with squads. I am a member (although not very active) in Spec ops, which has trained me in quick response tactics and squad place and hold movements.
2. Why do you want to lead? What motivates you?
I want to be the very best, like no one ever was (DUH DUH DUH) To lead them is my real test. To kill them is my cause (DUH DUH DUH)
3. Why should we trust you with our Squads/Platoons?
I have experience with leading squads and platoons, although i need more practice leading platoons.
4. How do you handle stress and heated situations?
Ive learned quickly that you need to make decisions, whether right or wrong, the platoon needs direction. If i second guess myself those under my command doubt my ability which leads to not being part of the squad, and makes the outfit look bad to pubs. When making tactical decisions that have time for me to take a breath, i often seek my TxR Platoon's advice in which directoin they would like to go, and their insight, because i find its easy to over look things when your leading.
5. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems?
Although i have never had to deal with a situation, and i would most likely think of my feet and try and reach a middle ground, or in cases of clear right and wrong help explain the issue, and why this is a problem.
6. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts?
Well, i deal with being the outfits clown, and sometimes i create conflicts with some outfit members, although this has dropped greatly, I personal have very thick skin, and my experience with inter-outfit conflict is to get the fuck over, we are adults, we inforce a no trolling policy, no one plays this game to be harassed, its an outlit of fun for members.
7. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2?
1 out of 10, 1 being nothing and 10 being Pattyfathead, Id say a 6.5 because of new updates changing the maps
8. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10
6 out of ten, because of my background of just messing around, i feel like its sometimes hard to be taken 100% seriously when im trying to lead or direct. But i think this will change with time and performance.
9. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR?
Leading in its self is the biggest contribution, because our leaders seem to rotate from going from burned out to playing a shit ton.
10. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position?
I will set up to lead, when other leaders leave for RL stuff and or get tired. Along with leading and offering advice to those just learning how to squad leader
11. Have you ever been a Guild(Clan, Outfit, Corporation, etc. pending on your gaming history) Leader, Officer, or a Event Organizer?
Surprising yes, I have lead a Guild in WoW back in 2007 For a year with my brothers it was called BlitzKrieg and it was a leveling guild, after we disbanded Our members went on to be part of some of the best guilds on the server. In SWTOR i was an office of a Guild of friends in RL called ASM with around 75 members, but saddly only lasted 4 months or so.
12. TXR Troopers have been taunting a fellow TXR for being a Brony, This Trooper has had enough and chosen to retaliate by team killing, not only fellow TXR but allied TR, even going as far as selling us out to the enemy. How do you deal with this situation? Why do you choose this path?
Regardless of the TxR fellow being part of TxR during the TxRing or not, I would hold Those taunting the player accountable for their actions. If its someone not in TxR they need to know they wear our Banner and make our outfit look bad, while if the person TKing is in TxR id have those taunting him pulled into another channel via teamspeak and told them to stop fucking around and pissing him off. We dont play PS2 to be harassed. (now depending on what the TxR fellow is doing, i would make a forum post regarding the matter and try to get a higher ranking officer involved in the decision making.
13. Every Field Commander has there preference in battle strategy - Offensive, Defensive, Guerrilla play styles, or Infantry, Armor, Air force favorites. What’s your command style and why?
14. Communications have broken down in your Platoon, the order to “Clear Comms” has been ignored and casual conversation is persisting, The battle your Platoon is in is very intense, your force is on the verge of defeat. What action do you take to convince people to get tactical and fight rather then talk?
Id use platoon/squad way points to direct the players, Get the squad leading involved, lead those would want to listen.
16. Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership?
Yes
