1) Which rank are you requesting?
NCO or Officer
2) Do you meet the outlined criteria for your Promotion (copy and paste the specific requirements)?

-Must be in the Outfit for at least two months- check
-Must be at least Specialist Rank- check
-Takes initiative to Squad/Platoon Lead when available- check
-Must Start Certing into Squad Beacon-maxed out.
-Works well with peers- thats all I do in sports, check
-Demonstrates a working knowledge of game mechanics and strategy- do I? I don't know If I do, but I do have knowledge in strategy and the human mind.
-Must be willing to learn and take constructive criticism- I need more of it, if anything.
-Must apply for Leadership- read the lower half of my application please.
Officer-
-Takes initiative to Squad/Platoon Lead when available- Aye
-Must have Spawn Beacon to at least 4th rank- maxed out
-Must have Certed into squad leading items: Smoke and Offensive/Defensive requests- Aye
-Works well with peers- Aye
-Demonstrates a working knowledge of game mechanics and strategy- do I? I don't know If I do, but I do have knowledge in strategy and the human mind.
-Able to quickly implement orders and delegate effectively- agian, Im not sure how good of a job I do at it, because I've never been critisized because of it
-Must be willing to learn and take constructive racism- That's all i do in sports, aye
-Must apply for Leadership Promotion- read lower half of my application please.
3) Why do you want a Promotion- I want more Squad lead time to become more sociable, an overall better person, and learn better priorities/responsibilities when it comes to on-the-spot desicions.
4) How active are you in recruiting new members for the outfit?- I think I recruited one or two people over my time in TxR, but I would like training in how to do the whole recruiting thing.
5) Since you have entered Leadership what have you done to make TXR a better outfit- I'm currently applying for the Leadership status. But I also want this outfit to be more strategic. Not that it isn't because I would say that TxR has been damn good, but there could be a few improvements in our strategy other than swam and max crash. But those tactics are still effective when staged correctly
6) What rank would you love to see yourself in eventually? I would like to see myself at captain. But for me, that seems a bit far fetched. So I guess around NCO or Officer. but even those ranks will take some time to get to.
7) What ideas do you have to make Total Recoil better- Basically, I want/would like TxR to be ably to pull off surprise attacks with great success. Like luring, or distracting, or anything like those. If we can get those tactics down, we would be even more powerfull in the ever going fight for domination.
LEADERSHIP APP
1. Explain how do you meet the following requirements:
-Must be in the Outfit for at least two months- since beta technically, but since my "rebirth", I have been back for a while now.
-Must be at least Specialist Rank- Check
-Takes initiative to Squad/Platoon Lead when available- I do indeed. Or at least I have been more willing lately
-Must Start Certing into Squad Beacon- I am 100% certed in squad lead thing-a-majigs
-Works well with peers- Thats all I do in sports
-Demonstrates a working knowledge of game mechanics and strategy- I have a super stratiegic mind. And Im trying to figure out how to be more of a strategist, but I could use a bit of a brushing up on game mechanics.
-Must be willing to learn and take constructive criticism- Thats all I do in sports
2. Why do you want to lead? What motivates you?- What motivates me? I have a lot of dissorders. For example: Dislexia, depression, and I forget the name of it... (but it is caused due to brain damage Ie; punch to the face, football, etc.) And I want to get over them by being more acitve in talking, leading (im also super shy but I've come out of my shell a bit), and overall more sociable tasks.
3. Why should we trust you with our Squads/Platoons? (Squad)- because I can Relay orders to my squad from the Platoon lead Acurately (needed especially when it's a pubby platton) and I can have my squad take a tower well as long as it's not the main attraction for enemy traffic. If I were to, then I would need support from a more experienced squad/ platoon leader, but if things go haywire, I'll do my absolute best to try to get things under control.
4. How do you handle stress and heated situations- I handle them with caution, stressfully, delicately, and don't forget strategically. I try to asses the main problem, Find a way around/deal with it/ overtake it and then try to reverse the momentum backwards towards the enemy.
5. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems- It depends, Please specify. If it's with a team-mate then...... It's trouble some. But if it's with holding a base, I would have people set up explosives at key choke points/ Traffic areas, and have Engineers put A.I. and A.V. turrets at overlooking platforms/ areas, have MAX's with A.I. weapons at key objective areas, H. Ass. and L. Ass. in the front lines. and have medics around the MAX and their dedicated Engies. Then I would request air support (hellfire rockets, daltons or zephers) , and have AMS sundies neer, but not at, the front lines and key objective sites.
6. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts?- Honestly, I don't really have any real experience with mdealing with inner outfit conflicts, but with the right training and observations, I can quickly learn how to deal with it.
7. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2? Scale 1-10 I would have to say a solid 7 or 8
8. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10.- I would say around maybe a 7.5 or something. But ones best judge is not yourself, but rather an indifferent jury.
9. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR? Strategy, mostly strategy, among other minor things.
10. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position? I feel that TxR can benefit from me being in leadership by being introduced to more strategic maneuvers
11. Have you ever been a Guild(Clan, Outfit, Corporation, etc. pending on your gaming history) Leader, Officer, or a Event Organizer? Yes I have. Early in PS2 Beta, I was in an outfit called Sound of Violence [soundofviolenceeu.com] and leaded for a while... till I was kicked out for not being english enough. and not calling a hood a bonnet :/
12. TXR Troopers have been taunting a fellow TXR for being a Brony, This Trooper has had enough and chosen to retaliate by team killing, not only fellow TXR but allied TR, even going as far as selling us out to the enemy. How do you deal with this situation? Why do you choose this path? I would try to deal with this situation diplomatically, see if we could find out if there would be some sort of compromise [or if there would have to be serious measures taken]. I would bring this issue up, and asses it with a great deal of importance, Then have the offending TxR warned sternly.
13. Every Field Commander has there preference in battle strategy - Offensive, Defensive, Guerrilla play styles, or Infantry, Armor, Air force favorites. What’s your command style and why?- Mine is infantry decoy tactics. If used correctly, the enemy will be attracted to a decoy group while a splinter group is being deployed either behind, or to either flank of the enemy... or if your really feeling lucky, to both flanks and behind to trap the enemy in a cross fire firefight.
14. Communications have broken down in your Platoon, the order to “Clear Comms” has been ignored and casual conversation is persisting, The battle your Platoon is in is very intense, your force is on the verge of defeat. What action do you take to convince people to get tactical and fight rather then talk?-What I would say is Guys look, We are going to be defeated if we don't pull our act together, Now if you want to win a this fight, we need to stick together, not just as soldiers, but as brothers-in-arms. If we hold together, we will raise up and defeat our enemy with a mighty blow.
15. (What happened to this one?)
16 (technically 15). Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership? I do, I will change my habits and actions constantly to form around these responsibilities.
NCO or Officer
