(APPROVED!) What to do once your application is accepted

Welcome to TXR!
What should your first steps as a member be?
First:
Let's get Teamspeak 3 set up. If you don't already have it, you can download it at www.instantteamspeak.com//teamspeak-download.php. Once you have the client installed, we can set up your connection to the [TXR] server.
A) Open Teamspeak3 and go to the connections tab and hit Connect.
B) For the server address enter: txr.tserverhq.com OR if that one gives you an error please try: vs20.tserverhq.com:9133
C) Under your Nickname please use your in-game name.
You are all set, hit connect! If you have any trouble speaking in TeamSpeak, an officer can help you with permissions, just let them know via in-game chat or by poking or text messaging them on TeamSpeak. Anyone with stars by their name has the capacity to help you out and get you tags for membership.
Second:
Find an officer in game to get an invite to the outfit, FC, guild, army, or other in-game TXR group. Any current member can direct you to whomever can issue invites for that particular game.
Third:
Familiarize yourself with our website. While there is a bunch of fun jibberish on the website, there is also a lot of important information on how our outfit operates. All Planetside recruits should check out our different specialty divisions, including Ground Pounders (infantry), Prowler Pack (armor), Skywatch (air), and our Competitive Team. Participation in a specialty division is strongly encouraged, and required for advancement in Planetside 2 rank. We hope after a few weeks with our outfit you will find a division to run with. And remember- joining a division doesn't mean your participation in that division is always mandatory, or that you're limited to it.
Remember when looking through the forums that threads with a Pin or a Lock icon on them contain important information and should be read.
