If you replaced the Chex Mix crumbs with cigarette ashes, spilled Dr. Pepper, and empty cans of spicy hot V8, you'd have a picture of my setup.

I'll have mine set up next week. With my full tower and a 32" this may be a little interesting. Oh and the death tangle of cords.

Command office update. I'm moving in Feb to a tiny little condo, and going to lose my currently awesome, fantastic, little "command office" as Tal calls it. Pity me. But for now, behold the awesomeness: The french doors to the room: The work desk. I work from home. It's as lazy and uninspiring as it sounds. I can't wait until I can go back into the office (part of the reason we're moving). And finally, the gaming area. NCIX-built PC. Some updates since last time, but mostly the same. I average 70+ FPS on high quality in PS2. - Intel Core i5 2500k, stock speed (3.3) - 16GB Mushkin Blackline RAM (no Windows page file!) - 64GB Crucial M4 SSD - 850W XFX Modular - ASUS Maximus IV mobo - 1x 500GB WD Velociraptor (game drive) - 3x 2TB WD Green, 1x 3TB WD Green (media drives, lots of HD) - all in a sexy Define Mini case. Fans front, top, and side. Bonus pic of my kid's new rig (otherwise known as my backup rig) from Future Shop. He averages 50 FPS in PS2 on mostly high with some medium. I was going to order from NCIX, but they couldn't get anything built until after the holidays. Also, it was only $700, which was dollars within NCIX: - AMD 8320 3.5GHz - 8GB RAM (about to get 16GB Mushkin Blackline... yum) - Asus Mobo (not sure what the hell it is chipwise, but it's ASUS) - Asus nVidia GTX650 1GB - 1TB Seagate Barracuda
