1. What kind of experience do you have leading?
I am currently a Specialist in the US Army, soon to be promoted to Sergeant. I lead a four man team preparing them and myself for war.
Previously, I was the first chair musician for my high school Marching band. I lead six others working to maintain the high standards our Band had attained. I also was the captain of a robotics team's pit crew. My team of three could maintain a robot under high stress situations and many times in extremely short time constraints, all for none of the glory the drivers got.
2. Why do you want to lead?
Hell its fun. Telling people what to do, seeing them succeed and celebration afterward. Helping players through mistakes, seeing a player improve that's my reward.
3. How do you handle stress and heated situations?
I'd say I work better under stress or time crunches. Adrenaline is a wonderful thing; Mind works fast, body becomes stronger. (Stress is the only way I can get high)
4. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems?
A silver tongue is sharper than a golden sword. I've talked my way out many heated situations. I also like to describe myself as having a mile long fuse that lies under a couple lakes. Only two people have ever reached the bomb on the end: my ex-girl friend, that's why shes my ex, and a kid in second grade who received a basket ball to the face.
5. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts?
I have never worked with another outfit but am open to working with whomever.
6. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2?
Always learning. You learn something new every day.
7. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10
I'd say a 7. I'm confident and friendly, but I am still human. I'm still young and haven't learned to read minds yet. However, like I said above I'm always learn new tricks.
8. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR?
I tend to find myself playing a eyes in the sky roll weather it be from the cockpit of a liberator or an infiltrator on a high ledge. Informing bombers where to drop'em or telling the guys on the ground who is around the corner. I offer you invaluable Information.
9. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position?
I currently don't know only because I don't know what the outfit needs. I am also limited on time that I can put in. When the army calls it wont except "give me a sec." However, I am a jack of all trades and can adapt to what is needed
10. Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership?
Fully. I take such things to heart.
