-Must be Battle Rank 30 - Yes
-Must be in outfit for at least one month - Yes
-Must Squad lead at least twice (high commander must verify) - Yes (I know I've lead when Kieladar has lead platoon and I've also led platoon once. If anyone can verify please do)
-Special Commendation or Recommendation from a Superior.
-Must apply for promotion.
