2) Do you meet the outlined criteria for your Promotion
-Served in the Outfit for at least 5 Months - Check
-Help Maintain the Outfit and Forums - Check
-Must have Unlocked 100% in Squad Leader Certs - Check
-Represents TXR effectively in Global Command Chat - Check
-Must Actively Recruit for the Outfit - I run public platoons to varying degrees of success...
-Must Actively work at diplomacy with other outfits - Check
-Organizes Special Events for the outfit - Check
-Helps solve intra-outfit and inter-outfit conflicts - Check
-Has an assigned "Job" that helps with outfit maintenance (example: Recruitment Moderator) - Recruitment/Protocol Officer, Head of the silly voice department
-Works well with peers - I am on almost everyday. I believe in this time I have built a working relationship with almost every TXR member who plays PS 2. I believe I have provided a consistent and positive atmosphere for our members.
-Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of game mechanics and strategy - I know what works. I know how to dispatch an overwhelming force, and deny them victory. Ask JENK, IIID, DPSO, WTAC, SEXI, and 666. Give me 1-12, I'll put down a spawn beacon and we'll turn a 24-48 base choke into a slaughter. Give me 1-12 and I'll make a 48+ pay in certs for every base they take. Our members are effective, and given the right direction, we make outfits throw fits. (I would like thank 2 chainz for my dope flow).

3) Why do you want a Promotion?
I put the time in. I want to be a cornerstone to this outfit. I want to be a part of what turns this outfit from "good" to "great".
4) How active are you in recruiting new members for the outfit?
I actively run public platoons and assist in the learning of maintaining our newer members.
5) Since you have entered Leadership what have you done to make TXR a better outfit?
Organized an event, consistently commanded squads during Ops/events, I've proposed numerous alternative leadership ideas to Command, I've lead Wednesday TTA on-the-fly and received leadership acclaim from MERC/QQQ/Dread Legion. I have asked to be placed into rotation for our Wednesday/Friday OP leadership. I've written quite a few posts/guides as to how our players can gain an edge on our opponents.
6) What rank would you love to see yourself in eventually?
I want to show the Generals that I am more than willing to take on responsibility, and earn my place at their table.
7) What ideas do you have to make Total Recoil better?
Working on player and leadership retention. Proposing ideas to make our players more effective. Reinvigorating our ranking system to better channel the efforts of our players. Further building our relationship with fellow outfits to increase our teamwork and effectiveness. Increasing the versatility of our dedicated player base.
