1. Explain how do you meet the following requirements:
-I have been in the outfit for a solid 6 months.
-I am currently a Specialist
-I have taken platoon/squad when needed, but I will make a more active effort to lead.
-Currently at rank 3, I will increase as I get the certs.
-You guys would know better than me.
-Again, you guys would know better than me, I will continue to learn and get better.
-Always am and always will, just pull me off to another channel and you can show me some pointers.
2. Why do you want to lead? What motivates you?
-I want to help out TxR, my gaming home for the past 6 months. And it will help keep my busy.
3. Why should we trust you with our Squads/Platoons?
-I swear I wont have a whole platoon support my MAX suit. Jokes aside, I will always try my best to lead TxR in the path of victory as best I can.
4. How do you handle stress and heated situations?
-I would say I can deal with it well, but I am not a master at it.
5. Are you able to diffuse situations before they escalate into bigger problems?
-Yes
6. How is your experience with dealing with inter-outfit conflicts?
-Sadly, I have too much of it.
7. How would you rate your strategic knowledge of Planet Side 2?
-moderate, I plan on improving as I go.
8. How would you describe your leadership ability out of 10
-My understanding of a situation I would say 8, but my peers view's would probably be 6 at the moment. But that will get better with time.
9. What are your biggest contributions you can bring as a leader to TXR?
-Being the funny and lovable guy I am, while also supporting toast and Odaddy as they spearhead TxR training.
10. How do you feel TXR can benefit from you being in a leadership position?
-Always helps to have an extra hand? That and I can help get new players comfortable with the outfit fast.
11. Have you ever been a Guild(Clan, Outfit, Corporation, etc. pending on your gaming history) Leader, Officer, or a Event Organizer?
-Ever single gaming group I have ever been apart of I have been an officer/event organizer. I wasn't quite the guy who ran forward screaming and leading the troops. But I organized them and support the leader/officers that did.
12. TXR Troopers have been taunting a fellow TXR for being a Brony, This Trooper has had enough and chosen to retaliate by team killing, not only fellow TXR but allied TR, even going as far as selling us out to the enemy. How do you deal with this situation? Why do you choose this path?
-I pull the TxR member who is a brony aside, reprimand him for doing what he did and ask him who exactly was making fun of him. I explain to him that while what they did was wrong his course of action isn't acceptable. If he fights me on it I will get ahold of a higher up to deal with the situation further if needed. And then proceed to deal with the TxR members who offended the brony, and deal with them the same way.
13. Every Field Commander has there preference in battle strategy - Offensive, Defensive, Guerrilla play styles, or Infantry, Armor, Air force favorites. What’s your command style and why?
-I prefer a moving defense of infantry with armor and air support. It will help stop a zerg and gives time for our forces to gather or flank.
14. Communications have broken down in your Platoon, the order to “Clear Comms” has been ignored and casual conversation is persisting, The battle your Platoon is in is very intense, your force is on the verge of defeat. What action do you take to convince people to get tactical and fight rather then talk?
-I raise my voice over teamspeak to get everyone attention and explain the situation. Anything more than that I haven't experienced due to TxR being as organized as it is.
15. Do you understand the responsibilities that come with TXR leadership?
-yes, I plan to join Odaddy and Toasteroven to help spearhead training.
